11/5/07 – I had to drive to Grand Marais this morning for a meeting. It was early enough that I was the first one across the road and got to enjoy the fresh snowfall. – Bill

At first glance this looks like a tire track in the fresh snow. It is actually the tracks of an otter, taking advantage of the fresh snow to do a little “slip ‘n’ slide.”
