About the author: Anthony Anselmo is a member of the Sault Ste. Marie Band of Ojibwe. He grew up in a small town called Effie in northern Minnesota where the woods are still wild. His love for the mysterious has inspired him to write about the strange and unusual weaving his own experiences into the tales that are both captivating and slightly haunting. In The Spirit of the North Wind, his debut novel, he draws on his heritage to create a story rich in Native American folklore.
